Tim Kraaij

Tim Kraaij has been part of GPblog since 2018, where he started working as Editor-in-Chief in 2019 after earning his Bachelor’s degree in Sports, Management, and Entrepreneurship. In this role, Tim has reported on several Formula 1 Grand Prix events, including those in Abu Dhabi, Bahrain, and Azerbaijan. He attended press events with Max Verstappen, Red Bull Racing, and interviewed figures such as Helmut Marko and Rob Marshall.

In addition to his interviews, Tim is also known for his columns and analyses, which mainly appear around F1 weekends on the website. Apart from the website, he is increasingly featured in videos on GPblog’s YouTube channel with the F1 Paddock Update.

Ben Hunt

Ben brings over two decades of experience in motorsport journalism. He spent more than 12 years as Formula One Correspondent for The Sun, covering over 150 Grands Prix and breaking exclusive stories from the paddock.

In 2024 he joined Autosport as Chief Motorsport Writer, before taking on the role of Editor-in-Chief at Motorsport.comearlier this year. Since July 2025, Ben has been working as a freelance journalist and media consultant.

Ben is also a two-time Sunday Times bestselling author. Ben is author of four Formula 1 books – including Growing Wings: The Inside Story of Red Bull Racing and Forever Forward: The Inside Story of McLaren – both Sunday Times bestsellers.

At GPblog, an international platform with permanent FIA accreditation, Ben will contribute regular columns and in-depth analysis under his own name, while also advising the English editorial team. His expertise and reputation will strengthen GPblog’s coverage and provide readers with unique insights into the world of Formula 1.

Nicole Mulder

Nicole has been following Formula 1 since the late 1990s and has always had a great passion for the sport. In 2020, she started working at GPblog, where she became the managing editor in early 2023.

On behalf of GPblog, she visited events such as the Belgian and Las Vegas Grands Prix, where she spoke with drivers and other F1 figures, and was present when Max Verstappen secured his fourth world title.

In addition to providing the latest news and reports from the F1 paddock, Nicole also enjoys diving into major issues and historical events to write in-depth background stories about them.

Ludo van Denderen

Ludo van Denderen was active in football for many years, working for clubs such as Feyenoord and Fortuna Sittard. As a journalist, he worked in the sports editorial teams of publications like Algemeen Dagblad and Omroep Brabant. While his focus was on football, his true passion lay in motorsport.

When Jos Verstappen made his Formula 1 debut, Ludo was watching it on TV. Since 1996, he has had a piece of the 1995 Simtek, which came from the bankruptcy of the British team, in his living room. Since the 1990s, he has been following Formula 1 closely, often attending races around the world. Other racing series also capture his interest, including WEC, DTM, IndyCar, and more.

Ludo is currently using all of his experience to make GPblog the ultimate motorsport site in the Netherlands. Over the past years, he has had several exclusives for GPblog and has spoken with motorsport legends such as Mario Andretti and Jacques Villeneuve. In addition to his work for GPblog, Ludo also contributes to the sports editorial team at Nu.nl.

Kada Örs Sárközi

Kada Sárközi joined GPblog as an editor in the 2023 season, while completing his Bachelor’s degree in Sports Journalism at the University of Gloucestershire. Kada grew up close to the Hungaroring, where he fell in love with the competition.

Kada speaks three languages after living in various countries across Europe, and enjoys writing opinion pieces, in order to start conversations about the sport, which will always have a soft spot in his heart.

Norberto Mujica

A filmmaker with a soft spot for Ronnie Peterson, Gilles Villeneuve, Mika Hakkinen and above all, Tazio Nuvolari and Ayrton Senna, is also a diehard Formula One fan since the age of 4 (mid-90's). An avid researcher of the past of Grand Prix Racing since before it was even named F1, and with a thirst for knowledge of the ins and outs of the actuality of the sport, as well as for the technical aspects that define it, is a member of GPblog since 2023, where he has put his love of racing to good use.

Cas van de Kleut

Cas van de Kleut has been an editor for GPblog since April 2023. He is currently in his fourth year of studying journalism at HBO in Utrecht. He has been actively following Formula 1 for years, and with his journalistic perspective on the sport, he is now well-acquainted with everything related to the pinnacle of motorsport. In 2023, he was present at the Zandvoort Grand Prix with GPblog, where he conducted interviews with fans. Additionally, Cas ensures that short videos are posted on GPblog's social media platforms.

Esteban van den Toom

Since March 2023, Estéban den Toom has been part of GPblog. With great passion for the profession, he provides readers with newsworthy articles. Estéban is a 19-year-old student from Zwolle, currently studying journalism at Windesheim University of Applied Sciences. In addition to his work in Formula 1, Estéban also writes about amateur football in his region. On the GPblog site, you will mainly find news articles under his name.

Sandy van Wijngaarden

Although Formula 1 has been a well-known presence in her family from a young age, Sandy truly caught the racing bug in 2021. After the thrilling title battle between Max Verstappen and Lewis Hamilton, she couldn’t escape a growing passion for the pinnacle of motorsport.

Working in the world of motorsport is Sandy’s dream. Since the end of 2023, she has been part of GPblog. In this role, she has already conducted several interviews and even spent a day in the F1 Paddock at Zandvoort. Alongside her work, Sandy is studying Sports Communication full-time in Tilburg.

Hidde Korte

Hidde Korte has been working at GPblog as an editor since March 2025. In addition, he is currently in his third year of studying journalism at Windesheim University of Applied Sciences.

From a young age, Formula 1 has been a constant presence in his life, with Ayrton Senna as his childhood hero. At GPblog, Hidde will primarily focus on writing news articles.

Kim Hoefnagel

Kim Hoefnagel joined the GPblog team at the beginning of 2025. After earning her Bachelor's degree in Communication in 2020, she started working in motorsport as a social media specialist and journalist. In that role, she covered several Formula E races, including those in London, Monaco, and Rome. She also interviewed (former) drivers such as David Coulthard, Emerson Fittipaldi, Lando Norris, and Nyck de Vries.

In addition to her role as journalist, Kim is also involved with GPblog's social media channels. She will also appear as a live reporter from the Formula 1 paddock at selected races.

Marnik Kok

Marnik Kok caught the Formula 1 bug around twenty years ago. A deep passion for motorsport, Ferrari, and a background in journalism led him to contribute to various (international) F1 platforms. Since 2020, Marnik has been active as an editor and journalist in the pinnacle of motorsport for several media outlets, including De Telegraaf. As of 2025, he brings that experience to GPblog as a seasoned editor.

During his active years as a journalist — now working as a freelancer — Marnik attended numerous events, with the Dutch Grand Prix standing out as one of the highlights. In addition to his work at GPblog, Marnik is also active in the communications sector at a major national provider and steps in wherever needed. Sitting still is not an option — especially not in motorsport!

Kevin Doldersum

Kevin Doldersum has been working at GPblog since 2025. He is currently in his second year of the International Bachelor Communication and Media at Erasmus University Rotterdam. Since 2015, he hasn’t missed a single Formula 1 broadcast, glued to the screen whenever a race is on.

With a decade of knowledge about the sport and a critical mindset developed at university, Formula 1 reporting is the perfect job for him. In addition to his role as an editor at GPblog, Kevin is also responsible for managing the platform’s social media channels.

Francesco Bianchi

Francesco is an Italian engineering student who loves drawing and the technical details of F1. He has been studying architecture since 2021 and started watching Formula 1 in early 2016. Francesco enjoys learning how every little part of the cars works and has been part of the GPblog team since 2023.

Oliver D’Arcy

Olly Darcy has been a part of GPblog since 2023, working as an editor alongside his sports journalism studies at the University of Gloucestershire in Cheltenham. Olly has been a fan of Formula 1 for many years, following the sport from as far back at 2008 when Lewis Hamilton won his first title after the iconic Brazilian Grand Prix.

On the GPblog website, you can find many newsworthy articles provided by Olly throughout the year, highlighting his enthusiasm and passion for the sport.

Tobia Elia

A lifelong Formula 1 enthusiast, he had only one goal: to break into the world of sports journalism and turn his passion into a profession.

He took his first steps in 2022, when he began collaborating with one of Italy’s most renowned Formula 1 media outlets. This opportunity allowed him to cover several Grands Prix as a reporter, including the races in Imola, Hungary, the Netherlands, Monaco, and Spa-Francorchamps.

After nearly three years of experience in the industry, he joined the UK editorial team of GP Blog in May 2025, aiming to broaden his horizons and gain further experience as a journalist and to leverage expertise to an international level.

Samson Ero

Samson Ero is a motorsports journalist with 7+ years in media. He has covered F1 and global sports across top outlets, including Sports Brief and Legit. Samson holds a degree in Insurance from the University of Benin and a PGD in Journalism, and is certified by the Google News Initiative.

Luke-John

Luke-John Buckle joined GPBlog in 2025, working as an editor. He graduated with a degree in Sports Journalism from Solent University in Southampton in 2024. Luke has followed F1 since 2007 and closely follows the junior categories.
