Max Verstappen has not (yet) registered for the next GT3 race at the Nordschleife.
During Race 9 of the Nürburgring Langstrecken-Serie at the Nordschleife, there was some confusion about Max Verstappen's next participation in the series.
It was stated that Verstappen would compete again at the 'Green Hell' in two weeks time, between the Singapore and the US Grands Prix.
GPblog can confirm that the organization has verified Verstappen is still not registered for the race on 11 October. On paper, he would be able compete in Germany, as there is no F1 Grand Prix that weekend.
Verstappen won the GT3 race at the Nordschleife in a quite dominant manner on Saturday. After the race, he once again expressed that he would like to participate at the 24 Hours of Nürburgring.
The Red Bull Racing driver stated that he needs more experience to be competitive there, and said he will hopefully do more NLS races too. Whether Verstappen will compete in two weeks remains to be seen.
