Kimi Antonelli treated a fan during the summer break by signing the passenger side cockpit of his Mercedes.
Having wrapped up the first part of the season, Kimi Antonelli is enjoying his first summer break as a Formula 1 driver.
The Mercedes racer, alongside Gabriel Bortoleto, had the honor of taking the stage with the famous music group Meduza, as well as enjoying some carefree moments at the beach.
Recently, the 18-year-old from Bologna went viral on social media after a video captured him in a funny mishap at the beach, where he was thrown off an inflatable sofa being pulled by a jet ski alongside his friends.
Although still very young and in his first season in Formula 1, Kimi has clearly gained a lot of popularity this year, especially in his native Italy, and naturally, photos and autograph requests are starting to pour in.
The autograph Antonelli recently had to give, just to fulfill a fan’s request, was rather unusual.
The Mercedes driver was asked to sign the passenger-side cockpit of a fan’s Mercedes with a marker, which Kimi, of course, happily agreed to do to make the fan happy.
After a few initial struggles writing his name, Antonelli successfully signed the car and was subsequently thanked by the fan.
