Many Formula 1 and Max Verstappen fans still remember it vividly — an overtake at Spa-Francorchamps that had them jumping off their couches. In the spotlight: the Dutchman himself, pulling off a jaw-dropping move at Blanchimont.

Blanchimont isn’t exactly known for overtaking. It’s a high-speed corner taken at nearly 300 km/h, and going side by side there takes serious nerve.

But back in 2015, a young Max Verstappen showed he wasn’t lacking any. Battling Felipe Nasr, he held the inside line to snatch 11th place in stunning fashion.

That move later earned Verstappen the FIA’s 'Overtake of the Year' award — and fittingly, it happened at the circuit he loves the most: Spa-Francorchamps.

We’ve only got to wait a little longer, and the F1 circus returns to Spa. The big question now: what can Verstappen pull off this time around?
