The list of updates for the Bahrain Grand Prix has been released by the FIA, and it is Ferrari that leads the way with an extensive amount of changes. McLaren and Red Bull also bring some new parts to the desert for the fourth round of the 2025
Formula 1 season, but the Scuderia look to be taking a different approach after a disappointing start to the campaign.
The Italian team have made many changes, especially for the floor, with Lewis Hamilton
saying changes need to be made to his car at the Japanese Grand Prix after struggling at Suzuka.
Ferrari bring several updates to Bahrain
Although Lewis Hamilton won the sprint race at the Chinese Grand Prix, Ferrari have been off the pace of McLaren, Mercedes and Red Bull so far.
However, with a change to their floor, a turnaround is expected in Bahrain, also adjusting the diffuser and a new rear wing at the
Bahrain International Circuit.
McLaren also make changes
McLaren are also bringing a new component to Bahrain, with a Front Brake Duct Winglet added to the championship-leading car. A new Front Brake Duct Winglet geometry has been developed to improve overall aerodynamic performance.
Red Bull add an update too
Red Bull Racing have equipped a modified front wing to the RB21 in Bahrain, indicating that the balance of the car is expected to improve with this front wing. The Austrian team have also adjusted the cooling of the engine.
The updates from Haas F1
F1">Haas F1 is the fourth and final team to introduce an update, with the engine cover of their car being modified.
