Qualifying for the Emilia-Romagna Grand Prix was one to forget for the Ferrari drivers. Charles Leclerc and Lewis Hamilton were both already eliminated by Q2. Still, the Briton promised they won't give up.
After failing to reach Q3, the two drivers will start from P11 and P12 respectively on the grid.
"Ciao Tifosi!" Hamilton shouted to the fans during the drivers parade. "I don't know if they hear it, but it's such, such an honour to be here. I'm filming everything because it's the very first time that I'm here."
After thanking the Ferrari fans for their support and saying it's very emotional to be here in Italian, Hamilton continued: "I really want to try to give them the best race possible today."

Hamilton and Ferrari are looking to make up positions on Sunday. "These guys [are pushing me]. Honestly, this is like nothing I have ever experienced. So I will take that energy and keep pushing, because we never give up and we're going to get there," he explained.
