His own charity works with young people throughout the country who are facing social injustice, looking to build a fairer, more inclusive future through education, employment, and many other factors.

Hamilton visits Downing Street and the Cabinet
After finishing
P6 in his most recent race at the Spanish Grand Prix, Hamilton then travelled back to his home country and to its capital, London, to visit the Prime Minister.
The 40-year-old walked up the iconic Downing Street, where the Prime Minister of the UK resides, joining Starmer in talks in the Cabinet room of 10 Downing Street, another iconic location in British politics.
There, Hamilton and the Prime Minister spoke about the work they will do regarding success and quality for young people in schools.
"Today, myself, Mission 44, our partners, and some incredible students met with the UK Prime Minister for an important discussion on how we can make sure all young people are supported to succeed in school," stated Hamilton on Instagram.
"Regardless of their background. I struggled in school and never felt like my voice was heard, so I know firsthand that ensuring every student feels they belong in school is vital," continued the 40-year-old, also saying that "this is just the beginning" while in conversation with Starmer.
The Prime Minister also took to social media to express his support for this initiative, together with Hamilton, saying they will be "working together to make sure all young people get the opportunities they deserve."
