Rising talent Arvid Lindblad has yet to make his Formula 1 debut with a Red Bull team, but behind the scenes, another young driver is eager to race for Max Verstappen’s team. Eighteen-year-old Nikola Tsolov currently competes in Formula 3 but has his sights set on F1. This Sunday, he will get his first taste of the big leagues.
Tsolov is already a big star in his home country, despite not having driven an F1 car yet. Making his debut in front of his home crowd will surely bring the young talent immense joy. Ahead of the Canadian Grand Prix, Red Bull has arrived in Bulgaria, where an F1 demo is set to take place this Sunday.

Coulthard to comeback

Not only will Tsolov be taking part, but also a veteran: David Coulthard, a long-time ambassador for the Austrian racing team. As a result, the team will race two F1 cars through the streets of Sofia, the capital of Bulgaria.
Tsolov is a relatively new face in the Red Bull Junior Team. The Bulgarian was part of Alpine’s development program for several seasons but switched earlier this year to Verstappen and Yuki Tsunoda’s squad. He is currently second in the F3 championship and still has every chance to win the title.
