Christian Horner was dismissed by Red Bull Racing leading up the Belgian Grand Prix. For the first time in a while, the Briton is not present at the paddock, where Ted Kravitz spotted top advisor Helmut Marko walking alone.
Horner was let go by Red Bull after the British Grand Prix, and was replaced by Laurent Mekies.
In Sky Sports' Ted's Notebook, the Briton walks around in the paddock recapping the events and reflecting on what he sees in the paddock.
Kravitz also spotted Marko walking alone. He commented: "He (Marko) can't hear me. Cutting a bit of a lonely figure. Where are your mates? Where's Christian?"
Marko saw Verstappen winning the Sprint on Saturday at Spa-Francorchamps.
On the other hand, Qualifying was a bit disappointing after Verstappen made a mistake on his last attempt in Q3.
Despite this, Marko was still looking forward to the race with confidence. "We are focused on the race and we are optimistic about that. Overall, the conclusion is very good. We have four cars in the top 10. Max made two mistakes, one of them serious. So that's fine."
