Imola, as the race that starts the European leg of the season is the setting to which many teams have decided to bring performance upgrades that may help shape the remainder of the season.
Some will fair better than others, of course, but the changes the teams are implementing for the Emilia Romagna Grand Prix are expected to set them on the right path as they look toward taking home the titles at the season's end.

McLaren bring four updates to Imola

The current championship leader and dominant force on the grid, McLaren, have brought four upgrades, out of which 1 is for overall performance gain and two ar to help them better extract the performance out of their car at Imola, with the last one focusing only on improving reliability.

Mercedes brings three upgrades to imola

For Mercedes, the team have brought two performance enhancing upgrades ahead of the first race in Italy and both should improve the way the W16 interacts with the airflow - and puts it to better use - and they should help Mercedes with their tyre degradation woes, an admitted weakness in their current car.

Ferrari brings one performance upgrade to Imola

For Ferrari the upgrade confirms their development program which is set to be coming in small bits until the updates to the TD018 - mitigating front wing flexion - are enforced.
This time Ferrari have brought a minor rear corner upgrade, set to enhance the aerodynamic performance of the SF-25 at the rear of the car.
In the same sense, with Imola being a outright fast track the team have decided to bring updated rear wing and beam wing for circuit specifically. Not at all surprising given the many complaints both Charles Leclerc and Lewis Hamilton have had in terms of the handling of the car.

Red Bull Racing bring three upgrades to Imola

Max Verstappen and Yuki Tsunoda's team have brought three upgrades for their complex 'diva' RB21. None of them are track specific and all three of them are expected to yield usable aerodynamic gains.
All three modifications should give the RB21 better balance and also should provide a step forward in terms of tyre preservation. Enough to catch up to McLaren's? It remains to be seen.
The papaya team currently have their affairs in the best order, compared to the other top teams, and expecting a full Red Bull Racing come back to fight for the top prizes consistently after the integration of these upgrades would be highly optimistic.
