I disagree, he saw one car go through and tried to cover off the hole that was there but didn't see Gasly. He touched Gasly slightly and it spun him into Joe Brand New. It was very obvious.07-07-2022 17:51

I wasn't talking performance. Indy is a drivers championship.28-06-2022 01:21

He's right for a change. If he isn't than why the rule change to get the cars closer together. A lot of people that watch this sport can't see the forest through the trees, because there fandom won't let them see it lol. I've said it before like a lot of other folks. One comment listed the drivers who would be leading if the cars were equal. I don't disagree with that comment but the first thing that came to mind when I read it was "If all the cars were even it would be Indy car racing lmao".. Where the drivers matter a lot more. I like both forms of racing but I watch F1 for the technology and watch the fastest cars in the world punish a track. The best racing in F1 is the midfield battles, where the cars seem closer. The people that get all wrapped up in who is the GOAT and who's the best right now, is comparing Apples to Oranges no point. Gotta give props to Hamilton and Schumacher for what they were able to accomplish but comparing the 2 is pointless.27-06-2022 14:37

There was a time when everyone watching F1 just knew it was inevitable that Hamilton would win his 8th just a matter of time. Merc couldn't let Russell sit around to long at Williams, timing was very bad for Hamilton lol. Poor Hamilton. He really needed to win last year because Russell may eat his lunch from now on. He's not gonna have any excuses at the end of this year. If he gets beat by his team mate this year maybe he should retire. I say that because his mental game seems to be slipping. He may no longer believe he is the GOAT, which will make it very difficult to get back to the front with a teammate that is so strong. Even if Merc had the rocket ship this year he would be struggling with Russell, or there would be team orders..23-06-2022 14:02

He can poop in one hand and wish in the other and see which one fills up first. Not sure why people even interview this dude, seems pointless..21-06-2022 19:15

It's funny that Merc and it's fans want to keep talking about safety for the drivers but it was Merc's choice to leave the the ride height where it was before Canada. It's also funny the FIA didn't implement the changes in the rules for the Canada GP I don't think, and the Merc's were noticeably better. Seems like Merc could have made the change they made for Canada a couple weeks ago.21-06-2022 14:17

My point was that Vettel is a bigger part of the problem than most people being that he flies everywhere privately. I have a hard time believing Vettel flies commercial. Why doesn't he do something on his own to help, like start flying everywhere commercially where all the flights are going to happen weather he uses it or not. He comes off as just doing it to keep his name in the papers21-06-2022 17:47

Sounds like you are only here for to watch Vettel protest. "What a great idea, let's ignore the truly important problems of the world and focus on the little cars of rich people driving around in circles." So your not here to watch the little cars driving around in circles? The article say's "He fights for equal rights of people but is also very concerned with the climate" So equal rights, he should look at what's happening in China to the Uyghur people. Maybe he's afraid to offend Zhou Guanyu, but who cares he should be on Vettel side right?. Climate, he's a hypocrite flying private while railing against the company's that make the jet fuel to power his private jet.21-06-2022 14:34

Seems like my comment from before is coming true. They had a fix that was outside of the rules. So they didn't even try to fix the issue until they were able to get the rule change. Merc says it's just a band-aid which makes sense because they haven't been able to get the budget cap raised so they can completely reengineer their unique design.22-06-2022 16:02
