'Wolff's soaked Verstappen contract, Norris' blunders and fisherman Alonso'

The 2025 edition of the Formula One Belgian Grand Prix has not missed anyone's attention, including the Lollipopman.

As it has grown customary, following a Grand Prix the Lollipopman has posted yet another comical take on the events that took place at the F1 Belgian Grand Prix.

'Rosberg is to blame for the rain, Wolff's contract for Verstappen gets soaked'

Oscar Piastri and Max Verstappen ignored former F1 champion and current Sky Sports F1 analyst Nico Rosberg's requests for a selfie, but the sky at Spa-Francorchamps wasn't so lucky, which started the downpour in the Belgian Ardennes.

This ensued a humourous criticism of the Race Control decision to delay the race start, as a 'mentally stressed' safety car prompted drivers to play 'Effayey', where they would get a grid drop penalty should they step on the 'Effayey'.

Alonso then recounted his career in the 2000's where he caught two fish on the way to a win at Spa. And all this among Verstappen's insistence to go racing in the rain. A proposal the cheeky safety car shot down on account of not having the 85 liters of water dispersing tyres necessary to race in those conditions.
