The case against Christian Horner involving a former Red Bull Racing employee has reached its conclusion via an out of court settlement. According to a report from the Daily Mail, for the whooping amount of £3 million.
Earlier in the 2024 campaign, Horner found his name making headlines after reports surfaced of his alleged involvement with a Red Bull Racing female staff member. The Austrian outfit subsequently launched two internal investigations into the matter, which saw Horner acquitted each time.
However, according to the latest report, the former Red Bull Team Principal reached an out-of-court settlement, with the female staff member dropping her claim as well.
Following his dismissal from Red Bull after the British Grand Prix at Silverstone, Horner has continued to be linked with a potential return to Formula 1.
Formula 1 rookie Isack Hadjar labelled Fernando Alonso as “grumpy” following comments made during the Singapore Grand Prix.
The Spaniard had sarcastically referred to the Racing Bulls driver as the “hero of the race” after their on-track battle. When informed of Alonso’s remarks, Hadjar responded by describing the Aston Martin driver as “grumpy” during his media session.
Alonso has a well-documented history of tense incidents with Racing Bulls drivers. During the 2024 United States Grand Prix at the Circuit of the Americas, he was also involved in a spat with Hadjar’s teammate, Liam Lawson.
