The managers of Formula 1: The people taking care of the drivers' business
Just like in any sport, managers and agents play a key role in drivers’ careers. From contract negotiations to other deals, tthey are important in shaping a driver’s present and future. Find out which driver is represented by whom below.
McLaren
Lando Norris - ADD Management
ADD Management's directors are Fraser Sheader and Mark Berryman, who both have backgrounds in karting. They also represent former Formula E champion Jake Dennis and the exciting junior prospect Freddie Slater.
Oscar Piastri - JAM Sports Management
Mark Webber is usually referred to as the manager of Piastri. The McLaren driver is part of JAM Sports Management, which is named after the first letter of the names of Jason Allen, Ann, and Mark Webber.
Mercedes
George Russell - Harry Soden, Mercedes
As the Briton explained during his contract negotiations with Mercedes in the 2025 season, he is also represented by the German team. Harry Soden, the director of Infinity Sports Management, is Russell's personal manager.
Kimi Antonelli - Minardi Management (current status unclear)
Antonelli was scouted and signed by Giovanni Minardi during his karting days. However, the talented Italian does not feature on the 2026 line-up posted by Minardi Management on social media.
Red Bull Racing
Max Verstappen - Raymond Vermeulen
Vermeulen was Jos Verstappen's manager during his time in Formula 1, and he also serves as the four-time world champion’s manager. His son, Thierry, is a driver himself, competing for Verstappen.com Racing in the GT World Challenge Europe series.
Isack Hadjar - Randa (Hadjar's mother), Guillaume Le Goff
The next Red Bull Racing driver is managed by his mother, Randa. Le Goff is part of The Grid Agency, and also represents fellow Frenchman Pierre Gasly.
Ferrari
Lewis Hamilton - Marc Hynes
After first becoming part of Hamilton's team in 2015 and overseeing Project 44 as CEO, the two first parted ways in 2021. They resumed working together in 2025, with the Briton also having a small team to look after his negotiations.
Charles Leclerc - All Road Management
The Monegasque driver is part of All Road Management, founded by the son of Jean Todt, Nicolas. Former F1 drivers including Felipe Massa, Pastor Maldonado and Daniil Kvyat were also represented by the team.
Williams
Carlos Sainz - Carlos Onoro Sainz
Carlos Onoro Sainz, the cousin of the Williams driver. has been part of the 'Carlos Sainz Team' since 2017. He was previously a Senior Consultant outside of F1.
Alexander Albon - Jacques Heckstall-Smith
After working for Williams as a Press Officer and for Red Bull Racing as a Communications Manager, Heckstall-Smith founded Grip Sports Management in 2022.
Racing Bulls
Liam Lawson - Grant McDonald
McDonald has been a long-time supporter of the New Zealander, and has been his mentor from a young age. He has a background in journalism and broadcasting.
Arvid Lindblad - Oliver Rowland
The British youngster is managed by Formula E driver Oliver Rowland, who is competing for Nissan this season. He has been the Racing Bulls driver's mentor for some years.
Aston Martin
Fernando Alonso - Flavio Briatore, Alberto Fernandez
A14 Management was formed by the Spanish driver together with Albert Resclosa and Alberto Fernandez. Over the past years, Fernandez was the Aston Martin driver's personal manager. The Spaniard also has a long-standing work relationship with Alpine's Flavio Briatore.
Lance Stroll - Melvin Hoppelheim Jr. and Steve O'Connor
Hoppelheim Jr. is listed as Stroll's manager, serving in that role from September 2020. O'Connor currently works for Aston Martin Lagonda Ltd as the company's Director of IT.
Haas
Esteban Ocon - MB1 Management and Gwen Lagrue (Mercedes)
MB1 Management is founded by Michel Berthelemot, who previously worked for Mercedes as a social media manager and represented Ocon at Alpine as well. Despite racing for other teams, he is managed by Gwen Lagrue, effectively Mercedes.
Oliver Bearman - WH Driver Management
The young Briton is part of WH Driver Management, co-founded by Chris Harfield and Joe Williams. Harfield is an ex-tennis player while Williams is experienced in the commercial world of sport.
Audi
Nico Hulkenberg - Raoul Spanger
After working with Michael Schumacher's manager in the past, Willi Weber, the German took the matter into his own hands. Since 2018, he has once again worked with a manager, namely, Spanger.
Gabriel Bortoleto - A14 Management
Bortoleto is competing against his own manager in Formula 1, as he is part of A14 Management, the team co-founded by Fernando Alonso.
Alpine
Pierre Gasly - Guillaume Le Goff
Similarly to Hadjar, Gasly is part of The Grid Agency, founded by Guillaume Le Goff, who was previously a simulation and race engineer for ART Grand Prix.
Franco Colapinto - Bullet Sports Management
The Argentinian is part of Bullet Sports Management, which includes former drivers Jamie Campbell-Walter (managing director) and Nicolas Minassian (sporting director), and Maria Catarineu (commercial director).
Cadillac
Sergio Perez - Khalil Beschir
Perez was working with the experienced agent Julian Jakobi until 2024, who previously had experience with all-time greats such as Michael Schumacher or Ayrton Senna. In December 2024, former Lebanese driver Beschir became the Mexican's new manager.
Valtteri Bottas - Didier Coton
Bottas is part of Coton's Aces Management Group. The Finn's manager previously worked with drivers such as Mika Häkkinen, Olivier Panis, Enrique Bernoldi and Alexander Wurz.
