For the first time since the season-opening round, it was Lando Norris who managed to win the Monaco Grand Prix. The 'Power Rankings' panel also appreciated the McLaren driver's performance, giving him a 10/10.
The British driver won his sixth Formula One race this weekend, and earned himself a perfect score. "Despite his shaky lock-up at the first corner, he held his nerve for the entirety of the demanding race and resisted immense pressure from home hero Charles Leclerc, executing his drive to perfection and waiting until the very end to make a statement with some more fastest laps on his way to victory."

Surprising driving in second place, Verstappen only fifth

The panel recognised that Verstappen had a challenging weekend, as the RB21's issues were exposed in the Principality. Still, the Dutchman was handed an 8.2.
"Nevertheless, Max Verstappen was still able to qualify in the top five and gained a spot from a penalised Lewis Hamilton. The Dutchman later smartly backed out of a risky move on Oscar Piastri at the start of the race and settled into P4, which temporarily led to him leading the field as the team opted to wait until the penultimate lap to bring him in for a second pit stop. With the McLarens and Charles Leclerc in a battle of their own, Verstappen maximised what he could and still brought home 12 points to keep himself in the battle for the title," the panel shared their verdict.

Second place in the Power Rankings this round went to rookie Isack Hadjar, who finished in P6, which is his best result to this day in the competition. He earned himself a 9.6
"the daunting prospect of racing an F1 car around the streets of Monaco seemed not to faze him as he secured his best result of the season in P6. After Qualifying in a strong fifth position, he played the team game immaculately to keep both himself and Liam Lawson in the top 10 in what he called a "perfect weekend"."
In terms of the overall standings, Verstappen still leads with a 8.7. Oscar Piastri is in second place, while Alex Albon rounds of the Top 3.
After not finishing without points in the Principality, George Russell dropped down into P6.
