Let’s take a look at how the cars will line up for the final Sprint of the season at Losail.

Oscar Piastri will start from pole, back at the front after a difficult run of results and looking to reignite a title fight that had been slipping from his grasp.
George Russell lines up alongside him in P2 — once again a solid presence in the Mercedes and ready to shake things up as a potential kingmaker in the championship battle.
World Championship leader Lando Norris starts third after a costly mistake at the final corner yesterday, which robbed him of a front-row spot.
Fourth on the grid is Fernando Alonso, who at 44 has delivered his and Aston Martin’s best qualifying of the season — as has Yuki Tsunoda, who will line up ahead of Max Verstappen for the first time.

The Dutchman also slipped up in Sprint Qualifying, damaging the floor of his RB21 on his first push lap and ending up only sixth for today’s Sprint.
Kimi Antonelli will start seventh, ahead of Carlos Sainz and Charles Leclerc in the struggling Ferrari, with Maranello still showing signs of trouble. The top ten is rounded out by Alexander Albon in the other Williams.
Lance Stroll, Lewis Hamilton, Pierre Gasly, and Franco Colapinto will all start from the pit lane.
