Internet goes crazy for Verstappen's pole: 'Is he the GOAT?'
Max Verstappen's pole position and record in Monza for the Italian Grand Prix have sent the internet into a frenzy. This time around, it seems like Max has managed to win nearly everyone over.
Max Verstappen secured another pole position in Monza after an unpredictable qualifying round. Until the end of Q3, it was impossible to predict the poleman. Yet the Dutchman surprised everyone by securing 1st place on the grid.
It was another disappointing qualifying for Ferrari in their home race, with Leclerc finishing in 4th place and Lewis Hamilton in 9th due to his five-place grid penalty. McLaren's performance also elicited mixed reactions on the internet.
