Lando Norris confesses: his car collection is bigger than you think!

Formula 1 drivers are often associated with speed, style, and, of course, supercars. McLaren star Lando Norris has never hidden his love for cars, and in a recent conversation, he revealed just how extensive his collection has become.

"You have more cars than the socks I got"

When asked about the number of cars he owns, Norris admitted in the podcast "Quadrant Podcast" with a laugh: "Yeah, I love cars. I have too many. I sold some recently so the number’s gone down… take five off, it’s fine. Okay, 16."

The 24-year-old Briton seemed almost embarrassed to reveal the figure, joking that it made him sound like “an idiot.” Still, his friend and fellow racing driver Max Fewtrell put it into perspective with some humor of his own, adding: "I don’t think I’ve even got 16 pairs of socks."

Lando Norris won the Hungarian Grand Prix

Lando is now ready to head to the Dutch GP where he will have to recover his gap on Oscar Piastri to win the championship. He won at Zandvoort the previous year.

The Australian driver is only 9 points ahead of his teammate and actually is also leading in wins number with 6, which is one more than Norris.
