For Charles Leclerc, his superb and elbows out drive was not rewarded with a result that matched his efforts and lets Ferrari know that this level of perfomance is unnaceptable.
Both Ferrari cars were unable to make it past Q2 on Saturday, and the Scuderia's senior driver, Leclerc after a complicated race on home ground, demands a better performance from the Italian team.
"I was saying before, it's one of the races where you've got to race with the heart and put the elbows out a little bit," said Leclerc to Sky Sports.

Leclerc fins Ferrari's woes unacceptable after tough Imola GP

Leclerc had two very obvious on-the-limit moments, which he believes he was forced into by Ferrari's lack of overall pace on Saturday.
"When it's like this you go very much on the limit, sometimes a little bit over. But when you are starting P11, as a driver I cannot accept the situation we are in."
"I took risks. I don't think with Pierre I was at fault or over the limit. It was a racing incident."
In the dying stages of the Grand Prix, Leclerc was forced to give back P5 to Alexander Albon, leaving him with a P6 finish at the flag. The Monegasque sums up the race circumstances"With Alex it was very much on the limit for sure."
