McLaren and Mercedes change PU's on their cars ahead of Sprint Qualifying

McLaren and Mercedes, among others, have chosen to replace some elements in their cars' PU's ahead of the Sprint Qualifying of the F1 Miami Grand Prix.
As per the FIA document, it is noted that at least 6 teams have chosen to replace several elements in their cars' PU's ahead of the Sprint Shootout set to take place at the Hard Rock Stadium in less than an hour.

6 teams replace PU elements

Alongside McLaren and Mercedes, Aston Martin, Sauber, Williams and Haas have opted to replace several components in their cars' PU's. Although the American team, have only done so in Oliver Bearman's car.
Oscar Piastri, Lando Norris, George Russell, Kimi Antonelli, Lance Stroll, Fernando Alonso, Esteban Ocon, Alex Albon, Carlos Sainz, Nico Hulkenberg, and Gabriel Bortoleto have all taken a new ICE (Internal Combustion Engine).
However they have also taken in other new components as well: a Turbocharger (TC), a motor generator unit-heat (MGU-H), a motor generator unit-kinetic (MGU-K), and an exhaust system (EX).
These changes incurr in no penalty whatsoever, since they have only used one part for each component out of the alloted four.
