McLaren is is on its way to the FIA Gala being hosted this evening this evening in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
Both the Formula 1 Drivers' and Constructors' titles will be lifted by McLaren tonight at the FIA Gala taking place in Uzbekistan.
While four-time world champion Max Verstappen will miss the event due to illness, McLaren is on its way to the gala, CEO Zak Brown posted on social media.
In a picture shared by the American, he is accompanied by the two drivers, Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri, and their partners, Magui Corceiro and Lily Zneimer. Also on board were team boss Andrea Stella and his wife, F1 CEO and President Stefano Domenicali, and Formula E chairman Alejandro Agag.
In his caption, Brown wrote: "On our way to the FIA Awards to mark the end of a truly incredible season and celebrate the very best in our sport."
The Woking-based team had already secured the Constructors' World Championship at the Singapore Grand Prix, and eventually finished 364 points ahead of second-placed Mercedes.

Meanwhile, Norris is set to lift the World Drivers' Championship trophy in Tashkent this evening. The British driver needed to finish at least third to secure the title regardless of his rivals' results at the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, and he did just that last Sunday.
Norris has since revealed that he will use the number '1' on his car next season.
