A popular rhetoric in F1 as of late has been to magnify the importance of the Imola GP due to the upgrades teams are set to bring to the Italian race, however Lando Norris doesn't pay much attentuon to 'big talkers'. Is Imola more important in the sense that it could be a game changer in terms of F1's pecking order i.e is a revamp in the cards for F1's current hierarchical structure?
Norris dismisses Imola being more important than other races
"There is not any race that's more important than the other," says Norris revealing his pragmatic approach to media like GPblog.
"I think every race we take one at a time. We've seen since the beginning of the season that Red Bull are not far behind, Mercedes [are] not be far behind. Both teams have out-qualified us several times. They're doing a good job."

'McLaren are doing a better job than big talkers Red Bull and Mercedes'
Whilst he conceded that the Austrians and the Germans had been performing well on Saturday, he also noted
McLaren's superiority when it mattered, despite Red Bull' and Mercedes' 'big talk' approach.
"It's clear that we're doing a better job at the end of the day, because all the points do not just come on a Saturday, which is where they've done a better job at times."
"We know, yes, they have upgrades, and they talk a lot. [But] at the end of the day, we need to just do a good job on Sunday, and that's where our focus is. So we keep focusing on ourselves, and we'll be fine."
