The stewards have an ongoing investigation on their hands hours after qualifying concluded for the Dutch Grand Prix.
Haas did not adhere to the parc fermé rules, the FIA's document reads, which could potentially result in a penalty for their British driver, Oliver Bearman.
After qualifying, teams must cover their cars, as stated in the rules. This should be done within two hours after the end of Q3.
This is not what happened with Bearman's car, and the matter has been deferred to the stewards.
Haas' mistake could cost the rookie. Bearman, according to article 40.9, would have to start the race in Zandvoort from the pit lane if penalised.
Bearman was eliminated in Q1 earlier this Saturday, finishing in P19.
