The FIA has released the final starting grid for the Spanish Grand Prix, and Oscar Piastri will officially start from pole position around the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya.
Next to him in the first row is his teammate Lando Norris, just three points behind the Australian in the title battle. Max Verstappen starts the race from third place, searching for his third race win of the season, with George Russell behind in P4.

The starting lineup, incidentally, looks quite different from the results of the qualifications, with 18 cars on the starting grid instead of the usual 20. Yuki Tsunoda in the Red Bull Racing car qualified twentieth and last, after which it was decided that the Japanese driver would start from the pit lane.
Lance Stroll, who qualified 14th on Saturday, will not participate at all. A hand injury has caused the Canadian to withdraw from Sunday's Grand Prix.
Because of Stroll's withdrawal, Oliver Bearman, Nico Hulkenberg, Esteban Ocon, Carlos Sainz, and Franco Colapinto each moved up a place. In the latter's case, the gearbox was replaced, but this was done with a similar spec to the one removed, allowing the Alpine driver to start eighteenth.
