Red Bull and Racing Bulls will stage the first launch of the 2026 Formula 1 season on January 15. But what is expected to happen? Find out how you can follow the action from the United States!

The launch of the Red Bull and Racing Bulls machines will not only see liveries unveiled for the first time, but it will also see the official launch of the Red Bull Powertrains project with Ford.
As a result, the event will take place in Detroit, Michigan, the home of Ford, and will show the new partnership between the two huge brands.
Two separate launches will be held at the venue. Ford will cover its wider motorsport activities first, with the livestream expected to start at 19:00 local time (00:00 GMT on January 16). Red Bull and Racing Bulls will then launch their 2026 challengers at 22:00 local time (03:00 GMT on January 16).
Both events will be livestreamed on YouTube, meaning the whole world will have access to the events taking place in the United States.
The Ford Racing launch for the 2026 season will be broadcast on the Ford Racing YouTube channel, while the Red Bull and Racing Bulls launch will be streamed on Red Bull Racing's YouTube channel.
The huge opening event for the 2026 season will see the new-look lineup of Max Verstappen and Isack Hadjar at the event, along with team principal Laurent Mekies.
Racing Bulls also boast a new lineup for this campaign, and both Liam Lawson and rookie Arvid Lindblad will be in Detroit as their challenger is unveiled to the world.
There is also an expected appearance for former Red Bull and Racing Bulls driver Daniel Ricciardo, whose ties to Ford have grown over the last few months.
