Max Verstappen recently moved into a new apartment in Monaco alongside Kelly Piquet, Penelope, and Lily Verstappen. The Red Bull Racing star has now addressed rumours that Charles Leclerc lives next door.

For Verstappen and Piquet, 2025 was an eventful year. The couple became parents together for the first time to daughter Lily and moved to a new apartment at the end of the year. Piquet had previously been open about her turbulent 2025.
Verstappen responds to the rumour about Leclerc
A small part of the four-time world champion’s home has already been visible in various livestreams. In a recent livestream with Team Redline, Verstappen responded to a circulating rumour. Allegedly, Ferrari driver Charles Leclerc lives directly below his apartment.
“Well, the building is split in two. He lives in the other half of the building,” the Dutchman explained. While Leclerc does reside in the same building, he is not living directly beneath Verstappen.
It’s not uncommon for F1 drivers to live near each other, or even in the same building, given how compact the area is.
