Two teams broke the F1 curfew this night after the FP2 in Netherland, the FIA has reported them and also announced the consequences for this action
The FIA has reported this morning the fact that Aston Martin broke the curfew during friday night working on Lance Stroll and Isack Hadjar's car.
Lance Stroll destroyed his Aston Martin in the wall at turn 3 after the start of the FP2 and Hadjar wasn't even able to set a lap time due a battery issue and stopped on track.
These forced Aston Martin and V-CARB mechanics to break the curfew, which, as FIA reports, is: "the eleven and a half (11.5) hour period which commenced at 21:00 on 29 August, fourteen and a half (14.5) hours before the scheduled start time of P3 and ends three (3) hours before the scheduled start time of P3 at 08:30 on 30 August."
No action will be taken against the two teams because: "This was the first of the two (2) individual exceptions permitted for the VISA Cash App Racing Bulls Formula One Team - and Aston Martin - during the 2025 Formula One Championship season and therefore no action should be taken."
