As the support race to the Monaco Grand Prix, the drivers not only battle for crucial championship points but also aim to showcase their skills on a global stage.
The Formula 2 race in Monaco got off to a chaotic start. Dunne struggled from pole position, giving Martins a chance to attempt an outside pass at Sainte Devote. However, the French driver couldn’t complete the move as Dunne collided with the rear wheel of Martins’ DAMS car, causing both to crash into the barriers. 11 cars were eliminated after this crash.
