Russell saw 'close to illegal' Ferrari at the Hungaroring

At the Hungarian Grand Prix, George Russell finished in third position after overtaking Charles Leclerc.

According to the British driver, that is because the Scuderia wanted to avoid a disqualification because of the risk of their plank wear was being too high.
