Everything is set for day three of testing in Barcelona — here’s which teams will be on track today and which drivers will be at the wheel.

After the rain significantly disrupted teams’ plans — despite Red Bull and Ferrari still managing to run in wet conditions — more stable weather is expected today at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya, which should allow for more consistent running on track.

Among the teams that have already confirmed their on-track programmes are Mercedes, with George Russell scheduled to run in the morning, and Haas, with Oliver Bearman set to take the wheel.

Alpine has also confirmed it will be running today after taking part on day one, with Franco Colapinto set to be behind the wheel. Arvid Lindblad will also be in action today, after the Briton previously took to the track at Imola during the first shakedown of Faenza’s new car.

Cadillac is also expected to return to the track today after running on day one, when it emerged as one of the most active teams in terms of mileage.

Audi has also returned to the track after the technical issues on day one prevented Gabriel Bortoleto from completing the planned running programme.

After two days in the garage, today also marks McLaren’s first appearance on track, although the Woking-based team has yet to confirm which of its two drivers will give the MCL40 its debut.

This article will be updated.

The third day also got underway with the green light at 9:00 local time, with running set to continue until 18:00 after a one-hour lunch break.

After today, teams will still have two more days on track to keep logging laps and gathering data, before things start to get more serious with the double test in Bahrain, where the focus is expected to shift more towards performance.
