Lando Norris negotiated the barriers and the mandatory strategies to take his second victory of the season at the Monaco Grand Prix ahead of Charles Leclerc and Oscar Piastri.
With the new mandatory two pit stops needing to be served by everyone on the grid, a rule brought in by the FIA, there were all sorts of slow driving and interesting tactics being used throughout the 78 laps.
However, Norris drove a faultless race in the Principality, keeping things clean to take a second win in 2025 and reel in his teammate Oscar Piastri in the championship battle.
Charles Leclerc tried to make things work after starting second on the grid, but he culd not make anything happen at his home race, missing out on back-to-back wins.
Oscar Piastri rounded out the podium in third, while Max Verstappen finished in P4 ahead of Lewis Hamilton in the other Ferrari in P5.
Isack Hadjar and Racing Bulls took a fantastic P6 when the chequered flag fell, with Esteban Ocon and Liam Lawson in P7 and P8, respectively, also collecting some valuable points.
The two Williams of Alex Albon and Carlos Sainz rounded out the top ten, with some good strategy work done by the British team to give them a double points haul.
George Russell and Kimi Antonelli in the Mercedes had a very tough Grand Prix, unable to make any use of the two pit stops as they both missed out on the points, as did Yuki Tsunoda.
