Lando Norris took the championship lead in Mexico City, and is not bothered by getting booed by the fans.
"I ignore all of this, keep to myself. It's working at the minute, so I'm happy."- Lando Norris
For the first time since the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix, Norris leads the drivers' standings.
Currently, only a single point separates the two McLaren drivers, while Max Verstappen is 36 points behind.
Norris was booed talking after the session by the Mexican crowd. To that, he replied: "It's one weekend at a time. I'm happy, I'm focused on myself.
"I keep my head down, I ignore all of this, keep to myself. It's working at the minute, so I'm happy."

The British driver completed his one-stop strategy flawlessly, and claimed all 25 points that helped him to first place in the F1 championship.
About today's race, he said: "I love it. What a race. I could just keep my eyes focused and forward and focus on what I was doing.
"A pretty straightforward race for me which is just what I was after. A good start, a good launch, a good first lap and I could go from there.
"I got a much better launch than the guys around. It's my first win in Mexico and a beautiful one to get."
The season continues in two weeks time with the Sao Paulo Grand Prix.
