
Lando Norris retained the lead at the restart following the red flag on lap 8 of the Brazilian Sprint.
The stewards opted for a rolling start, allowing Norris to avoid any attacks. Russell tried to challenge his teammate, but Antonelli held his position.
The Brit took advantage of the soft tires fitted during the red flag stop to build a gap between himself and the two Mercedes cars.
Verstappen ran wide at Turn 1 under pressure from Alonso, yet the Dutchman kept fourth. There was also a battle between the two Ferraris, with Leclerc fending off Hamilton.
