Piastri would take 'bad weekends like these', but the Australian's leads shrinks in the standings

Oscar Piastri's lead in the drivers' standings shrank considerably in Monaco GP, with now only three points separating him and his teammate Lando Norris. The Australian looked back on the race in Monte-Carlo after he finished in P3.
"Obviously the win would have been better. It's been a tricky weekend, from practice through to qualifying. We were close, but not quite close enough," Piastri began talking to Jenson Button after the Monaco GP.
"Pretty happy with that overall, obviously some things to look at for when we come here next year but we got points on the board and another podium at Monaco, so it's not all bad."
As a result, now only three points separate the two McLaren drivers. Still, Piastri remains happy in general with the result. "If this is a bad weekend, it's not going too badly at all. Well done to Lando for a great weekend and for Charles for being as quick as usual."
