Oscar Piastri has emerged as F1's current supreme ruler, and his manager, former Formula One driver Mark Webber revealed to Sky Sports journalist Natalie Pinkham the Aussie's secret to have the edge over his rivals. On the F1 Nation podcast, Pinkham outlined what sets Piastri apart from some of his competitors: "He doesn’t go out there on social media, he doesn’t reveal all."
"As you’ve seen, there are certain other drivers that come in and they’re doing all the socials, all the TikToks, and they’re almost overexposing themselves and distracting themselves from what’s going on on track."

Lando Norris has often been at the center of criticism due to his off-track persona and the attention he draws to himself, which has been hypothesised could be hindering his on-track performance.
“Oscar’s just not like that, and I’m really enjoying the process of getting to know who this kid is who’s unbelievably quick and very methodical and just has this incredible approach."

Webber reveals Piastri's secret weapon to F1 supremacy
If anybody is privy to Piastri's process and progress as an F1 driver, that is his manager, former F1 driver Mark Webber. “I talked to Mark Webber about it in Monaco and he said that ‘Oscar just doesn’t waste time, energy or mental capacity thinking about what other people think of him."
"It doesn’t bother him. He sleeps like a baby every night. He doesn’t overthink things. That is so crucial to approaching your racing with a clear, calm mind.”
