Max Verstappen was back on track just days after becoming a father, a feat that made Sky Sports analyst Anthony Davidson admire the Dutchman.
Verstappen missed the Miami media day due to the arrival of his child with Kelly Piquet. However, he was in Miami for the action that Friday.

"It's fantastic. Whoever you are, it's such a special time," Davidson said at Sky Sports.

Verstappen was able to clinch pole position during the feature races qualifying session, thus putting a stop around the talk that he would be slower as a father.
Davidson then wondered, "Having been in the maternity ward with Kelly and seen the birth of his daughter, and then in the blink of an eye, you're back here in a Formula 1 car. How do you do that?"
