Why did Verstappen fly to a European capital and didn't return home to Kelly and Lily after the Spanish GP?

The Spanish Grand Prix was one to forget for Max Verstappen. But there was no quiet recovery from all that happened for the Dutchman from Red Bull Racing. He did not fly to Monaco with his private jet, where he lives with girlfriend Kelly, daughter Lily and stepdaughter Penelope.

A few hours after the race with a nail-biting finish at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya - where a 10-second penalty after a collision with George Russell led to Verstappen finishing in tenth place - his private jet took off, bound for Prague. Verstappen also spent the night in the Czech capital.

There was a lot of speculation on social media about the purpose of the trip. For example, would he go racing somewhere? The answer to that question appears to be no. Verstappen was in Prague to record a commercial for Heineken, according to newspaper Blesk. Verstappen is affiliated with the beer brand as an ambassador.

Apparently, recording with the defending world champion did not take very long, because at the end of Monday afternoon Verstappen left Prague again - this time probably on his way home, and therefore to be with Kelly and daughter Lily.
