The Cadillac Formula 1 team has released a teaser clip of the shakedown of its F1 car ahead of its 2026 debut.
The American outfit, joining the grid as the 11th team, shared the short video on social media, showing the car running in wet conditions at the Silverstone circuit.
The teaser comes just days after Audi completed its shakedown at the Barcelona circuit, and a day after the livery launches of Red Bull and Racing Bulls.

The American outfit has, however, announced it will unveil its 2026 challenger on 8 February, during the half-time ad break of this year's Super Bowl event.
Guanyu Zhou, who recently joined Cadillac as reserve driver, shared his excitement about the team hitting the track for the shakedown at Silverstone.
Speaking about his experience, the former Scuderia Ferrari reserve driver highlighted the importance of the shakedown, citing several pivotal boxes that needed to be checked, including driver comfort and communication with the pit wall.
“We are here in Silverstone for the new season shakedown, together with the Cadillac F1 team. The excitement… you know, shakedown is all about making sure the car is running and that all the engineers are ticking off the boxes with the gearbox, engine, and setup work,” the Chinese driver began.
“For the driver, it's all about being happy and comfortable with the seat, the new steering wheel, and providing feedback. Communication is key. I’m looking forward to it, and then more excitement for the season when it all officially starts,” he concluded.
