After the Mexico City Grand Prix, rumours started swirling regarding Lewis Hamilton and his future at Ferrari.
Due to a disappointing 2025 season that will see the seven-time world champion score the fewest amount of podiums in a season across his 19-year career, the growing rumours suggested that the Scuderia would not offer Hamilton a contract extension.
Having his contract run out at the end of the 2026 season, the 40-year-old barely entertained the question, stating that he has a "pretty long contract" and that he is "a bit far" from talking about any sort of extension.

Sky Sports F1 presenter Natalie Pinkham has been forced to cancel her trip to the Sao Paulo Grand Prix as she continues to recover from neck surgery.
The 48-year-old was due to be back on presenting duty in Brazil, but there will be no imminent return after her most recent appearance at the Italian Grand Prix.
"I had hoped to be on a flight to Brazil yesterday, but the last couple of months have been trickier than I expected," said Pinkham on Instagram.
