Lando Norris dominated the Mexico City Grand Prix to take his first win since the Hungarian Grand Prix, finishing ahead of Charles Leclerc and Max Verstappen.

Thanks to a commanding weekend at the Autodromo Hermanos Rodriguez, the 25-year-old now takes the championship lead from teammate Oscar Piastri, the first time he has done so since the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix, leading by a single point.

Behind the McLaren driver, a charging Verstappen on the soft tyres recovered from a P5 finish and a couple of off-track excursions, but Leclerc held onto P2 due to a virtual safety car on Lap 70/71 due to Carlos Sainz's retirement.

The same occurred with Ollie Bearman and Oscar Piastri, but the Haas driver just held on to a fantastic P4 finish after the VSC ended for the final lap of the race, with Oscar Piastri taking P5, losing yet more ground in the drivers' championship.

Kimi Antonelli finished in P6 ahead of teammate George Russell in seventh place after the Brit swapped positions with his Italian teammate, returning the earlier favour from the 18-year-old.

A ten-second time penalty derailed Lewis Hamilton's race, resulting in a P8 finish and continues his search for a maiden Grand Prix podium for Ferrari. Esteban Ocon and Gabriel Bortoleto rounded out the top ten in P9 and P10, respectively.
