Oscar Piastri has been found to be predominantly at fault for the Turn 1 crash with Andrea Kimi Antonelli, which resulted in Charles Leclerc's DNF.
As the race was restarted, following the neutralisation triggered by Gabriel Bortoleto's lap 1 crash with Lance Stroll, the field roared into Turn 1 with Lando Norris completing yet another effective restart.
Much to the Monegasque driver's dismay, Piastri went for a risky move up the inside of Antonelli that resulted in contact, which collected innocent bystander Leclerc.
The Stewards having analysed the incident have seen fit to issue Piastri a 10 second time penalty.
Max Verstappen currently sits P4, having completed a safety car pitstop.
