Ferrari’s Charles Leclerc is set for a comeback in todays final practice session at the Canadian Grand Prix, after missing both FP1 and FP2 due to a crash yesterday.
The incident yesterday in FP1 ,which Leclerc deemed as 'stupid', resulted in significant damage to his Ferrari. This damage included the survival cell, leading to his absence in FP2.
The impact required urgent action from the team, with team principal Vasseur confirming to the media that the damage to Leclerc's car had to be repaired to comply with safety regulations.
