In the dying stages of the Canadian Grand Prix, chaos ensued for McLaren when Lando Norris crashed into Oscar Piastri. Team Principal Andrea Stella now reveals the state of affairs at the Woking-based team. Stella, after the race, said to media present: "I think in order to make an assessment as to the reason of having this sort of misjudgment from a racing point of view, I think we will have to have a few good conversations."
"And I would, you know, now that we are in the heat of the moment, for me the most important thing is to see a reaction where people take responsibility of their actions and we have already seen it."

Stella reveals Piastri's feelings regarding the crash
The crash could've ruined Piastri's race. The contact might have resulted in a puncture. How did the championship leader react to the incident? Stella explains.
"I talked to Oscar as well and he sort of is cool with the situation because Lando apologised. They know that a misjudgment in racing can happen, but thanks to these conversations days, we will have to go into what is needed in order to make sure that when we go racing we preserve the margins that are required," concluded Stella.
Norris has recently come under fire,
with Sky Sports' commentator Martin Brundle joining the fray as well, calling the incident between the two clumsy and unnecessary.
