Let’s take a look at the weather forecast expected for the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, the race that will decide the championship.
The moment of truth is here: at Yas Marina, either Lando Norris, Max Verstappen, or Oscar Piastri will take the crown in a three-way title battle — a scenario we haven’t seen since 2010, when four drivers were still in the running for the championship.
Abu Dhabi, like Qatar, is historically known for its high temperatures and dry conditions. In fact, since 2009, not a single race has been held in the wet, with the circuit consistently providing optimal racing conditions.
Friday, which will host the first two practice sessions, is expected to see morning clouds giving way to afternoon sun, hazy conditions, a high of 27°C, and NE winds at 10–15 km/h, as per The Weather.

Saturday, dedicated to FP3 and the final qualifying of the season, should be generally clear and hazy, with a high of 27°C and NNE winds at 10–15 km/h.
Race day on Sunday is also forecast to be generally clear and hazy, with a high of 28°C and NE winds at 10–15 km/h. Rain is not expected on any of the three days.
The Abu Dhabi Grand Prix returns to the traditional weekend format, giving teams three practice sessions to fine-tune their cars and strategies ahead of the crucial moments in qualifying and, above all, the race.
For the past fifteen years, Yas Marina has hosted the season finale, witnessing some epic conclusions over the years — including the explosive 2021 finale, when Verstappen got the better of Lewis Hamilton, and last year, when McLaren snatched the Constructors’ Championship from Ferrari.
Here's the full schedule for the weekend.
